  It a great place, nice and kind of complete service, my only complaint is that they won't give you the same products every time you go, and every location has different kind of service. Some are complete and some are lack of products. (wax, water, broom, different soaps, tire shine, underbody treatment, and so on) even when you paid the monthly fee for a specific service.

  every time i go, theyre closed, and you can only cancel your subscription by going up there. this forced me to pay another 20$ for a subscription i've been trying to cancel. and when i used their car wash in the winter, there was still ice chunks all over my car.

  The most terrible place to have a car wash. Careless owner/manager who only wants to get your money. Lazy workers. Faulty equipment that will scratch your vehicles, ruining your tires. Use other car wash places along Grand River. Do not go to this place!

  $7 just to get a basic wash. Which means they throw the soap brush over the top of your windshield and top of the car. No brushing or scrubbing whatsoever. The guys that work there don’t even smile and we’re too busy on their phones. The automatic wash barely gets all of the salt and dirt off. The only reason I came here was because it is less than a mile from my work. I will continue going to my regular Softcloth location and get everythingfor $7... Super disappointing.

  Great monthly package - wash my car at least 3x per week in the winter for $30 (unlimited Ultimate Wash). I like the new pay at the gates system they setup. When two lanes have people screwing around with their credit cards at the gate I just drive up and the RFID tag on my window is ready and I drive right through.
