    4 months ago on Halloween weekend I went to this Zara location and purchased a coat for $149. I stood in line for 30 min and when it was finally my turn and I swiped my credit card, all the sudden their pin pad froze and was asked to swipe the card again at another cash register. I asked the cashier and the manager to make sure I wouldn’t get double charge as I don’t live close by and have very busy schedule. They promised me that it wouldn’t be double charge. And of course all lie - few days later it posted as double charge on my bank statement. I printed out the bank statement and brought it to the store. Their store manager, Tee, told me first that she cannot do anything about it and that I must reach out to corporate customer service on my own. In a friendly way I asked her if she could call for me instead as she is the manager and fully aware of the situation. Something I thought will be resolved quickly will now become a nighmare of stress and frustration for the next 4 months! Tee did reach out to corporate customer service, asked me to call them back with a reference number, sent them all the paperworks and information they needed and nothing got still solved after waiting 2 weeks. I called back again on my own I was told that at first that nobody reached out to them despite having reference number provided by the store manager, and then going back and forth with them weekly which was time consuming and very frustrating not getting my money back as promised, I decided to dispute the double charge transaction with my bank. I got the temporary credit from my bank until it was taken away after returning the item I purchased (wish I took gift card instead had I known what would have happened), and prior of the return I was told that the bank wouldn’t take my credit away as it is separate from the double charge and of course the manager and cashier lied once again to me. I called back the store, and the manager said she can’t do anything about it and had me speak with the lead cashier, Gina now. I went back to the store and as usual slow and rude employees. Gina called corporate customer service on a 3 way call with me and explained the situation to them again. We were told that in order for me to get the money back I must cancel the dispute with my bank, even though they at first told me I must go thru my bank and dispute it. Once I did cancel the dispute and sent them proof of this I received phone call from corporate customer service a week after and was told I need to do different. I got frustrated and called Gina back. Once I called her back she directly transferred me over to a male worker and I told him in a nice way if he could please have this issue solved and want my money back and they need to help out immediately as it’s been taking 4 months and getting way out of control. Upon arrival to the store I waited 20 min for him to meet me by the register, and once I arrived he refused to greet me with a handshake (even though I was showing a smile and introduced myself) and I then turning my head I saw 4 security mall officers and police officers. He told me that the reason he called is because Gina felt “scared and threatened” - obviously because she couldn’t do anything about it and also because Zara corporate itself is horrible. I have never been anything but nice to Gina all times. Very embarrassing and akwardly I was told to leave the store and that I’m banned from going in to any Zara store - DESPITE THEM KNOWING WHAT HAPPENED, ME BEING NICE ALL THE TIME AND THAT THEY OWE ME THE MONEY FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS WASTING MY TIME, EFFORT, MONEY AND CAUSING STRESS AND FRUSTRATION AND NOW EVEN SCARED GOING NEAR THAT PLACE! Zara corporate after I reached out to them apologized that they called the security officers and police on me for no reason, did finally credit me back the money, but that “based on corporate decision” still banned from visiting any Zara store. BUNCH OF CROOKS AND IDIOTS ALL OF THEM! I should have filed a report on the entire store and the store employees should have been fired over this!!

    Most unpleasant shopping experience I have ever had. My wife bought a pair of shoes for my daughter. When she got home my daughter tried the shoes on and that’s when we found that the pair had 2 different sizes. We went back to the store to exchange it. We didn’t have the receipt and the manager would not even exchange it even though he knew it was thier fault that the shoes were mismatch. He would not offer any kind of help and told us if you have a problem with the way I run my department you can just go and complain to customer service. At the same exact time, another customer was trying to purchase a shirt that had a red tag for $10. When the cashier scanned it, it came up for $22. He explained to her that he should only pay the $10 since it had a tag with this price. Instead of apologizing about what happened, the cashier accused him that he might have put the red tag on the shirt himself to get it for a cheaper price. Will never go back to this store again.

    I personally love Zara but…When I got to the store it was messy couldn’t find anything my size,so I asked a worker can I get this shirt in size…… She said yeah okay give me a minute there was a big line so my mom was waiting in line for me and 15 minuets passed.we checked out the items and left she didn’t even notify me about the shirt.im telling you just shop online don’t go to the store
