  Horrible experience . $$$ for nothing, read other negative reviews. I dealt with the nastiest person i've ever met named jeanette. How can anyone ever have that as an employee. unbelievable. Shop elseware and save yourself a lot of wasted time and money. good luck.

  I would like to say Zapmytax had much patience with us...There was a discrepancy with the bill they sent us this year. After many conversations with them and their two visits to the assessment office as well as my many phone calls to the assessment office , I was able to finally conclude that their information was correct. I thank both Laurie and Julie for their help and patience for this matter,

  As of now which is been more than 4 months I still have no answer in regards to my property taxes. I can't believe it takes this long to do something about the tax burden we all have to deal with here. I thought Zap My Tax would be different based on the advertised success they claim to have. Very dissatisfied with this company
