  Jewellery that I bought here is keep braking up so easily. I have to keep bringing for repair. I never had to repair any other jewellery as often as this one. Customer service is terrible. 2 customers in the store and had to wait 25 min to drop my ring for repair. I won't buy from here ever again. I would give 0 stars if I could

  Great customer service and prices. They aren't pushy and I had a soder and sizing of a ring set completed that arrived 3 weeks earlier than anticipated which by far exceeded my expectations. Take a trip to this zales and you won't be disappointed =0)
