  Uncalled for for the attitude and customer service if there was any at all. People here are like brain dead. Have zero knowledge about jewelry. Seem like they don’t get paid enough (of course they dont’t) Very much over priced mass production of cheap jewelry being priced at least 1000% of their value. Seeing a ring that sells $70 online and they’re priced at $700. Smart people don’t shop at these mediocre places.

  I bought a ring for my husband for the holidays.My sales associate was wonderful.When I went to pickup the ring my experience was a nightmare.First, the associate could not locate the item. I had all my receipts and the buyer protection that I had purchased.I advised under what name the item was purchased under.which I provided.I was advised I had to show them identification in order to pick up the item.I was outraged to say the least.I am an adult a business women who was treated like a thief.This behavior was uncalled for and I asked the associates if I was in Manhattan this would have never occurred.I was advised this was for my protection.I finally was given the product with not even so much as thank you. Your staff needs to be retrained and advise the customer is always right.

  Unfriendly and stand-offish staff at this fordham road location. i went in yesterday around 5:30pm to try on engagement rings and to size my finger, and the female representative didnt engage in conversation, and when i asked her questions i felt like i was being an inconvenience to her. When i walked in the store it was empty, (like always) so i feel like when a customer does come in they should be personable. anyway, will not be back. i was so disappointed with my visit i just HAD to write a review.

  Horrible experience. I walked in and not one sales associate approached me to ask if i needed help. I had to walk up to one and ask for help, even then they were slow and gave me attitude. If you can go to another location
