::We have had nothing but problems. Store manager talking to my wife like she's a child Like "your ring is so widdle!" Baby talk! My wife was not amused. Then they lost her ring (it was stolen) and pressured my wife to order a new one at the alleged value of the other ring. They claimed the "check was in the mail" and now that we decided to go somewhere else they are saying it still has to be approved. Even before the ring was lost the jeweler had messes it up repeatedly. Bad service, bad product. The other ladies were all nice and helpful, the manager though... shady.

::The Zales corporation is great! Just avoid this particular store. They will try to cheat you if they think they can get away with it. They tried with me but I called corporate office and they forced them to refund all of my money.

::I am a fequent customer of Zales. I've been shopping the Hulen location since I was 15. I came into the Burleson location, bought a few rings but this time the sales person showed me a ring. I thought about it, fell in love with it, found it EXACT online but as they went to price match the item number was different. She showed me a few more but she didn't really listen to the style I was looking for. So both days in the store they had me try on probably 10-15 rings each time. It was so confusing I went home to do more research. I found another one, decided to go to the Hulen location because the ring shown to be in stock. Again, exact same Karat, gold karat and IT WAS THE EXACT RING! I went right to it in the display box, again different item code. Even the salesperson agreed and was confused. Instead of trying to make me try on 20 more rings, they went straight to helping me order it online. Which is what the Burleson location should of done in the first place. #1, the online and stores should be more consistent. I know they work on commission I'm in sales as well. Listening to the needs of the customer is key.
