  They only care about serving you to get you to buy something. When you return to pick up your purchased items they make you wait and worry more about getting people to purchase items

  Chelsea B. helped us and it was some of the most imformative, professional, and friendly service we have ever received in a retail store. Though we didn't buy today, there is a good chance we will come back. I hope ownership reads this so they know what a fantastic employee they have (unless Chelsea is the owner of course, then keep up the great work!)
