::During a visit a few months ago, there was one lady of the staff, who was... pretty much rude. Completely ignored my mother and I, avoided eye contact, turned around and walked away. We were literally face to face with this lady, repeated our kind request for help and she pretty much shunned us by refusing to acknowledge us! It's pathetic how ignorant and arrogant people are. Another young lady helped us instead and she was very kind and helpful. But, because of that experience, my mother and myself, will not spend another dime there.

::Absolute worse the staff is so rude and unwelcoming. I went there to get my necklace fixed that I have insurance on and the lady who helped me was so rude and did not seem like she to wanted to fix my necklace. I will not be going back there again.

::One star review is ONLY for this location and its staff. I love Zales as a company, all of my jewelry was purchased with them and it always was a pleasure. I used to go to their 5th Ave location in manhattan. Yesterday my brother decided to give his wife a 20 year marriage anniversary present. So being in the neighborhood, we stopped by Kings plaza. We were treated as a disturbance, the two ladies behind the counter were so busy talking to each other and being on their phones rather than even noticing us looking for attention. After my several attempts to have them pay attention at us and show where the diamond rings were, one of the ladies nervously pointed with her finger at some spot. Awful service, arrogant staff not willing even to move or greet customers. We ended up driving to Zales at 86th Street in Brooklyn and spending a serious sum of money for a magnificent Vera Wang ring while being treated with attention and respect.

::First I'd like to thank new Store Manager Ms. Sabrina for taking care of me after being tortured for months, and getting my ring fixed and back on my finger. She's finally home and looking BETTER than ever. The story: Hubby and I planned to renew our vows in mid-August, thinking 7/27 would be sufficient time to have a diamond replaced and ring resized, ring was due back on 8/17... Sadly, we flew to DR for our wedding with no engagement ring in hand. We returned at the end of August and still my ring was not ready. We finally received a call that my ring was ready; I was so excited. We arrived to the store, put on my ring and it's huge on me - it was never resized. Turns out, Zales uses 2 separate vendors to do repairs. One for diamonds and one for resizing. A couple more weeks go by, and still no call. I finally decided to call the store and they informed me that the diamond was damaged and could not be resized. This was not the news I was hoping for. I was upset, beyond disappointed & frustrated by the sales rep who didn't give me any solution to this issue, other than the diamond needs to replaced before the resizing. At this time, my ring was (held hostage) at Zales for 12 weeks!!! Long story short, I called back 2 weeks later - Ms. Sabrina is now the store manager. Though I yelled and took out my frustrations over the phone, she remained professional and compassionate. After only one call with Ms. Sabrina, my ring is back on my finger within a week's time, looking BETTER than before! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANKKKKK YOU, Ms. Sabrina!!!!!

::I purchased a bridal set for my upcoming wedding this August. I sent the ring out to get sized. I went to the store at Kings Plaza Brooklyn by the way. A week or so later they call me to pick up the ring. Once I got home I rushed to put the ring up before my fiance got home. The next day I took the ring out the box to show a friend and noticed the piss poor job the so called jewelry did with my ring. It looked as if someone stepped on it. It wasn't even round. THERE IS NO WAY I COULD GIVE MY WIFE THIS RING. If this is how Zales conduct their business, I will just stick to Kay's Jewelry and tell everyone I know to do the same. I hope the will fix this problem.
