  I luckily had a great experience at this location. I worked with Kim and she provided excellent customer service. She was patient with me and I was able to browse with ease without the pressure of buying. She also answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Thanks, Kim!

  Worst jewelry store ever!! Customer service sucks! Abby treats everyone like crap! They lie about everything. My ring is ruined because of them! Then when they are suppose to be repairing it is get it back after having to pay more money for their screw up to begin with its still messed up and looks like crap! Never use this company! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if Google would let me!

  I cannot even begin to describe my entire ordeal with this location. Long story short the employees do not want to do their job and they do not care about their customers. They left my ring which was in for repair "laying in a drawer" at the store for five days and probably would have never realized it if I wouldn't have called. After realizing my ring was left "laying in a drawer" I went first thing the next morning to pick it up and take it somewhere new. When I arrived at the store Sharon greeted me with a " Oh crap, oh crap, oh crap. Sorry we are short handed" What an interesting form of customer service.
