  Great place to hike trails and see the sound. Although the gun club sometimes uses the grounds to drive and can be quite aggressive towards visitors of the park.

  What day cool spot! The preserve has foot trails that meander the lively woods. There's a very peaceful stream that cuts though some of the trails. Deep at the end you hit the ocean and can see all the way to Connecticut!

  Great outdoor experience! Can't make it upstate? No worries! Check out the Welwyn Preserve for a nice nature getaway!
