  These people are crooked. They messed my daughteriphone 7s plus worst after they so call fixed it . I had to call police and they still didn't fix it I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

  I took a phone here to get a charging port fixed and they fixed it but in the process they broke the LCD when taking the phone apart and refused to own up to it. They tried selling us a screen for $230 on top of the $50 for replacing the charging port or a new phone for $275. They take advantage of people who appear to have money. We ended up having no choice but to buy a new phone from them cause as we have our 2 week old daughter at the house and her mother needs a phone to contact me or emergency services in the event something happened to our child. They couldn't even do the right thing and admit they had broken our phone and fix it. Be warned!! December of 2017 is when this took place!!

  Gave me bad phone but also replace them and gave me a better one love dealing with Ricki he's my favorite

  This company seemed like they might be okay to deal with. I believe you should try to give smaller local business a chance to win your business if possible. However, this company tried to make me rethink my ethics in this regard. They lied to me about the product they sold me, refused to offer a refund or exchange and then lied about the original promise. When I reminded the owner of the promise his salesperson made, he told me to get out of his store and threatened to call the police. I never have been treated with such hatred before in my life. I pity this poor man, but I hope you take this as a warning not to give this store any business because they both lie, cheat, and even threatened to commit credit card fraud onb my credit card. The quote was, "you know we can get the credit card info now"... from the previous purchase I made. When I contact law enforcement and cancelled the cards, the officer shook his head and said, low down.... I couldn't agree more.

  I am an employee at this location and I just wanted to let everyone know that the former manager has been fired for the type of behavior listed above. Our company did not know what was really going on till a customer complained at our main location. He has been taken care of and there is a new manager. We want to make amends and reclaim your business. Wireless Stop is an honest company and we are not here to rip anyone off. Stop by and shop around, we carry a variety of t-mobile, AT&T, and Boost phones, as always you are more than welcome to negotiate the price.
