  What a joke. The receptionist is rude and the laser hair removal doesn't work. I felt like a KFC chicken being run through an assembly line there. The do cheap Groupons so people go to them ,and then pack people in back to back. BUT THE LASERS DONT EVEN DO ANYTHING

  I’ve done laser hair removal in the past and then after we moved I needed a new spa. I booked with Yuva and spent $800 on a five treatment package. I went to a session and I didn’t feel anything- which is bad because it didn’t do anything, at all. I was extremely disappointed and I tried to reach out to the salon but no one answered or returned my calls. I hoped that maybe at the next session they could use stronger settings and I *tried* to book again. I called and left messages, but as soon as they had my money for that package they wouldn't schedule me. I couldn't get ahold of them. Go elsewhere. Notice how all the reviews at either 1 or 5 stars? The 5 star ones are the staff themselves, the 1 star (most of the reviews) are the actual customers. Do not risk giving them your money.

  Love Yuva Laser & Skin Care, I get hydro facial and microderm there and I love the results. I have noticeable glow in my skin and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Would strongly recommend.

  one year ago i went to Yuva leaser, and i did 9 leaser treatments for the neck. I was very disappointed of the result. My neck got worse and the hair came back after 20 days from the last treatment. Even though i had complained to them more than one time.During my treatments, the lady would not do my whole neck, she would do some spots but not others; when I complained about that she would say that it was normal for hair to grow back on some spots. You could perfectly tell where she used the leaser. Over all I do not recommend going here because It is just a loss of money and time.
