  Owner arrived unbothered and unapologetic 20 minutes late to an appointment. I asked for beach waves, provided a picture and instead got curls that died out completly 2 hrs later and looked horrible. Ive had the style done b4 paid half the price and lasted me the entire day. she 100% overcharged and failed to deliver. Not to mention she was rudly criticizing another stylest behind her back to another employee or friend. It was an unprofessional, rude and a waste of time all due to the actual owner. I regret going there in the 1st place and would never step foot in there again.
