  Called them for a quote to ship some large equipment, gave accurate weight and dimensions to the woman i spoke to and described the equipment in detail. Filled out the quote request form while on the phone with her following her step by step instructions. Rented a forklift to move the equipment (>$700 with deposit). The truck showed up and then refused to take the equipment losing me to scramble to find a last second replacement or lose the money spent on the forklift.
