  I just lost thousands of dollars thanks to YRC's mediocre and unprofessional service. These darlings didn't check the labels on my crates. They didn't make sure they matched the bill of lading. They just signed whatever paper that was given to them, had zero awareness, and even managed to send my properties to a completely different destination. A state I've never even been in. This was time sensitive and the cost is just a huge setback for my business. Legal action is being considered. DO NOT, EVER, USE YRC.

  Horrible company! Stay away! Makes lots of promises and NEVER DELIVERS ON THEM. Sits on their dock for days and no one will tell you when it will be delivered. Choose another carrier!

  BAD EXPERIENCE. ALMOST TWO WEEKS PLUS FOR THE UNITS TO ARRIVE WHEN IT TAKES OTHER FREIGHT COMPANIES 4 DAYS TOPS.

  SHIP WITH YRC AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! They lost this 400lb pallet, over 10k worth of materials and never once tried to contact me, their customer to report a problem. 18 days after they lost it our customer called asking about the status of their delivery. That's when we discovered the problem. We initiated the claim thereafter. After two weeks of searching they still can't find the pallet they lost, even though we attached a label with the destination address on all 4 sides and now they are dragging their feet with the claim and will only and maybe pay a pittance of what its worth and only after making us wait between 30 and up to 120 days. My customer who is missing their product is not going to wait 30- 120 days to find out the status. This is strike two with this carrier and based on their handling of the situation I would suggest NEVER using YRC Freight and paying more for an alternative unless you are comfortable in loosing your shipments!
