  Worst shipping experience in my 10 years of doing LTL shipments. Dispatcher named Kevin, hung up the phone on my face after I caught his lie. The driver came to our warehouse for a scheduled pickup, and left after 5 mins, saying we took too long. I have shipped with every company you can think, NEMF, Estes, UPS, FEDEX, Roadrunner, XPO, NewPENN, Central Transport, you name it I have shipped with, NEVER HAVE I HAD AN EXPERIENCE AS BAD AS I HAVE WITH YRC.

  We ordered a pallet of material from a manufacturer in Indianapolis. They were to designate a truck to ship it to us in New Jersey so we would have it the next day. It turns out they shipped it LTL on Wednesday night and we wouldn't get the material until Monday. We needed the material on Friday so it could be installed over the weekend. I contacted YRC and spoke with Tammy, she was extremely helpful and put me through to Niki Bailey. Niki was able to get the freight off the LTL truck and onto a designated truck. We received the material that Friday. Tammy and Niki saved us and thank you for doing so. Steve T., New Jersey

  I went to pick up my Shipment from this location and the way they talked to me is Miserable very very very Rude and disrespectful there is even one Guy called Ralph he Cursed me out and slammed my pallet in the Floor and it has glass in it Never ever ship with this Company again
