::My children were in another State with family while I was traveling due to work! This bank blocked their cards claiming fraud because the cards were being used in a different state! Even under the allowed dollar amounts. I had to call every month to get the hold removed! Definitely not ideal if you are military or out of the country!!! I moved out of Colorado a month ago and forgot to update my address! This bank put a block on my kids accounts again and now claiming it’s mandated by the FDIC to block all cards when mail is returned mail! (Which was a lie per FDIC). The same information that is on this bank statement that caused this red flags was verbally given to me over the phone! They can tell that my children’s online accounts are logged into regularly and we haven’t reported any fraud, or lost/stolen bank cards! These are not new accounts either! Now this bank is demanding that we come into a branch or write a postal letter and will not unblock my children’s available electronic funds!! This bank is all fun and games when it comes to field trips and bank definitions but, not to be taken serious as an actual bank!! Not to mention a huge inconvenience for traveling customers!!

::This place is a great way to teach young children how the real world works!

::This is the worst banking experience I could have imagined. Maybe it works for teaching your seven year old how a deposit slip works, however for any real banking, go anywhere else. This bank doesn't process checks over the weekend or by Friday afternoons when I've come in after school, I've been informed I won't be able to access my money until Tuesday. Their hours are ridiculous and while I understand closing at 5 is normal, they close even earlier on the one day of the weekend they're open! It's incredibly difficult to even find a time to deposit money as a working student. For a bank that prides themselves on making banking easier for young entrepreneurs, you'd think they would have hours that worked for kids. Even with these hours, I figured at least I can use an ATM and get money out at 4 pm on a Saturday, but no. They're ONLY ATM is located inside the bank and therefore it is inaccessible outside of normal banking hours. They're online banking system is a MENACE. The only thing you can do with it is check your balance. You can't transfer money to another person, you can't deposit checks like some nicer banks will let you, and the worst part is it erases your payment history. After a certain amount of time, all withdrawals are labeled as ATM WITHDRAWAL without any other context. If I want to know how much I spent on something or if someone is trying to pay me back, I have no idea what I spent money on. They're customer service isn't exceptional nor is it horrible, and people are usually polite. However, when I brought my concerns up with a teller and asked for information on how to close my account, I was treated with disgust. She informed me that I would not be able to use my account for at least a week because there system is so slow that transactions may not have cleared. Great. Then she told me that I would need to take my entire account out in cash, unless I wanted to buy a cashiers check. She glared at me as I thanked her and left. I really don't want to write a bad review for a place that I banked at for so long, but never have I been this infuriated with a business. I've literally never written a review of anything before, but this bank is just that horrible. I think there are some nice people who work there, and they're educational programs are great, however it is a bank at its core and that is its greatest failure.

::I love this place and the concept. It's a great way to introduce kids into the financial world and introduce them to credit early.
