::Same experience as TyKecia Hayes, horrible customer service. I ordered online the only status was "processing". The Owner never answers the phone. They delivery the DAY AFTER with a "Hoorray"! Although they ask you to put delivery time and note with an additional comment/instruction, they ignored it. The charge to the card was made immediately, not the service. Very dishonest and irresponsible. As others cases, it was supposed to be a surprise, and it was, but a BAD ONE. I will spread this bad service as much as I can so the consumers will not be cheated by this kind of bad service. The companies that offer service must be suitable for the service they offer. I will not send an email because surely they will not answer it either.

::Nice flowers, horrible customer service. I called to confirm that flowers could be sent to recipient before a certain time in the day BEFORE I completed my order. A dropoff time was confirmed & HOURS after, the recipient still had not received. Owner ignored my phone calls. Recipient still has not received flowers. Don't plan on using this service again. Please be honest about deliveries, as I would have placed an order somewhere else if I knew Yosvi couldn't guarantee the delivery. This was supposed to be a surprise for someone's birthday. Surprise ended up being ruined.

::I ordered flowers to go to a Hospital in Miami Beach and the employee that took my order, Ever, was very attentive. He sent me a picture of the flowers and asked me if I wanted any changes. He was sweet and the entire team worked very fast! It is an economic flower delivery service and the flowers are fresh and beautiful, plus, their customer service was great!
