  Went in for a cleaning with Nikohl who did an amazing job! Sadly, I didn’t see her work until I left so I couldn’t tell her. She was very kind and informative, which I really like. It’s been years since I’ve had a cleaning done, but she took care of me! Everyone at the front were also very kind and welcoming! Looking forward to keeping up with my cleanings at York!

  I was really disappointed with York. My husband and I recently moved here and saw the positive reviews so we scheduled an appointment. They really hustled us in and out and made us book future services for things we don't need. They asked my husband if he'd like to consider Invisalign, and he said maybe, expecting to get more information on a treatment plan, timeline, and costs, and he got nothing except the total cost. If you are going to trust a new dentist with expensive procedures, you need them to do a little bit more evaluating and planning. The receptionists were fine but we never felt quite welcomed like we have in other offices. We will be moving our dental needs somewhere else.

  I tell you my experience in this clinic ?with doctor De llano, At the beginning everything was good but nevertheless I never felt comfortable with the final results. I always expressed my uncomfortableness and all my discomforts that I have been suffering from the doctor. I tried to communicate with the clinic more than 5 times? ?? ...But for months they have not given me solutions, they only tell me to ask the doctor to see what she designs and see if she can attend me ? and wait for them to return the call ? to me, something that they never have at their while I continue living with All these changes that she made in my front teeth and molars and this has been a long time and does not improve after seeing all my savings spent because they were thousands and thousands of dollars? almost? 10,000 I have the tests and I did not get the expected results, is it unfair that at this point I? I am not comfortable or happy with the results after I have paid so much money for very beautiful looking dental crowns but that does not help me ...we never experienced anything like this before? if I am uncomfortable and in the same way with toothache do I still suffer all these discomforts? And the only thing the doctor De llano,, told me is that she recommends that I go to another clinic? particular? Where do you want to do the same, charge me thousands of dollars more? that I do not have and the clinic knows that I do not have insurance and I seem very attached all this because everything was done in the york clinic, dental? From where it was assumed that everything would be very good. I'm sorry for saying all this but I have no other option.

  I had an appointment with Dr. Jelinek. He was incredibly kind and caring, and took your mind off of things by talking a lot. I highly recommend York Dental, especially if you get slightly nervous about going to the dentist (like I do). In addition, the entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything to me, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

  I’ve been a patient of York Dental for over 4 years now. From my initial contact after moving to the area when I had a dental concern- and they got me in immediately even though I wasn’t their patient (yet!), through every visit, the entire staff couldn’t be more professional, warm, caring, communicative and, well, fun/enjoyable to be with. I look forward to seeing everyone, my hygienist Deb, is a delight, and the dentists are the best. Dr. Jelinek has been provided excellent care these 4+ years- and on my last visit I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Silva. Two first rate professionals who take the work seriously, communicate to ensure I understand what they are thinking and doing, and seem to have a great rapport with their team. In summary, I recommend everyone at York Dental in the highest possible terms and you’ll understand why in every interaction— from making the initial phone call for an appointment through walking out the door after your visit. It’s a special group of people.
