  Great, fast and efficient. This is our fifth Kia from this dealership and our experiences keep getting better and better. Robert, Jerry, Bernie and Darwin were very professional and experienced. We will definitely come back for the next car.

  I recently bought a brand new Kia from Yonkers Kia, I must say it was the BEST experience I’ve had in a friendly environment. I had the pleasure of working with a young man who’s name is Ronald Cadet, a nice young man that is very patience with lots of knowledge and experience.   I went to the Yonkers Kia Dealership last week with my Kids. I met with Jerry and I would like to say that my experience was great! Jerry was knowledgeable, very honest, and extremely patient. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and he involved my children during our process. I was happy with my purchase, and I thank Jerry for that. Continue the great work Jerry!!!

  This recommendation is for Jacqueline Dawes -Clarke: It would take bound volumes to really give the credit Jacqueline truly deserves. So I will tell this one story, I called her on a previous job once she answered and immediately tells she does not talk on the phone while she at work, that’s company time and she finds it unfair. However she promised me a minute and that was all I got. The gist of my point is all those take pride in what is small also do in what is large. Therefore if she tells you a used car is reliable she is truthful always. Love and honestly are her foremost qualities.

  The only reason I’m leaving a five star review is because of my experience with Maria and Darwin. I brought my Kia in to replace a tire and spent Friday and Saturday morning at this particular dealership. If it wasn’t for Maria’s warm and genuine personality, I probably would have taken my car somewhere else to get serviced. I was originally told that I would be there for a couple of hours for a tire change, but after speaking with Maria and Darwin, it was done within 30 minutes. I found the majority of the other staff at this location to be more enthusiastic about their lunches than the customers. So Yonkers Kia, I hope you know that your greatest asset is Maria, and she probably deserves a raise for having to work with so many grumpy men.
