  This building is really bad. It is very old and not well maintained. Parking is a nightmare and the laundry machines are overpriced. The elevators break almost every week and when they are working every once in a while you'll have a near-death experience. You can sometimes smell weed smoke in the hallway and near the balconies. All the residents who saw me moving out said -"Congratulations! I hope I can move out soon too!"

  Tenants don't have assigned parking lot and there is not enough of them. Laundry is not a good experience and it's not usually clean.
