::I am new at Yoga, this is only my second class and I LOVED this place! I had been to another class before that was not at YogaSport and I was not as comfortable. This place is totally awesome! They don't make you feel stupid when you don't know a pose. The instructor knew that I was new at this and she would continue the class while discretely showing me that pose she was referring to. That made me feel great as half the time I didn't know what pose they were referring to. They do have beginner classes but they didn't have one at the time I wanted to go. Most importantly, I wasn't counting down the minutes to be done. I enjoyed the class, I was sore the next day and I can't wait to go back! I never thought I would say that!! I must mention again that the staff is so sweet and nice, even the people who were there for yoga were nice. This is my yoga place!! **Update! The Beginner workshop they offer is a MUST if you are new to this. I enjoyed it. Their class schedules are spot on and they offer a time for everyone. **2nd Update 2 years later, I still love it. KELLY is my new favorite trainer. Her 6:00am classes are a must, yes, it's early but you will understand what I mean when you are in a class with her. The way she explains the poses and muscles that you should be using is EXCELLENT.

::Super fun experience. We did the Society challenge which was the hardest room they have with a 13% successful rate. The staff and really nice and helpful, very professional and the place is clean, orderly, and comfortable. You get an hour to do the escape challenge but also factor in time to check in and time to sit through the introduction, so about 30mins of that. The concept is a lot of fun. While in the room we have to find and figure out clues to find the "key" to escape the room. One person gets a walkie talkie and we can communicate with the staff for help. It felt like I was in an action movie, navigating a maze, and getting assistant over a high tech headphone as I solve the most important case of my life. Yup, just like that. We were able to escape the room at 1hr and 2 mins and beat the average time. Still a success!

::I went for the first time today and I LOVED it!! I have practiced baptiste vinyasa flow at a different studio - and I fell in love. Coming to this studio was like coming home! That being said - I was still worried that I would find a place that was packed to the walls - without room to move - without instruction... studios can often feel "exclusive" and a newbie can feel like an outsider - that is NOT the case here. They were so inviting!!! I can not wait to go back!

::YogaSport is a great place to get a workout in, in just an hour. I was looking for something close to the uptown/oak lawn area. To be honest, I had never done yoga before but decided to give it a try. Their "baptiste power flow" style of yoga was awesome. They have early morning classes as well as post-work classes, so I can always squeeze one in any day of the week. Their schedule changes, but they do offer $8 classes twice a week.

::Love me some YogaSport. It all started on a whim with Spark. Little did I know I would make some amazing friends out of the community there. Keyword: community. It's the heart of YogaSport and something that makes it unlike any other yoga studio out there. I feel amazing when I walk out of my practice, but walking in brings just as much happiness. All the friendly faces :) You have to try it out!!
