  If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen! Nuff said. Yoga flex is by far the best hot yoga I've been to and it's HOT; easily the hottest place I've been to. However if your the type of high roller like myself who understands the amazing benefits of doing yoga in a room that climbs north of 105F... Welcome my friend.

  I have just started hot yoga and am enjoying the challenge! All of the instructors have been great especially Karen. I am not very flexible, but I am working on getting better. Love it for a sweaty workout!

  Very Good Yoga studio... the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. the facility is totally updated.

  I LOVE YOGA FLEX!!!!! All the Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Rooms always perfect temperature and classes are intense. Well, worth every penny, every moment. I respect the Owners and believe they are involved in saving my life. I am true believer in the Miracle of Yoga.... NAMASTE!!!!!!! OM SHANTI

  This is, by far, the best hot yoga studio I have ever been to. The instructors are not only dedicated, professional, friendly, and encouraging, they are true experts and enthusiastic practitioners themselves. I came here from classic hot yoga (aka "Bikram"), and am so glad I did -- the new and challenging styles I've been introduced to expanded on my practice, changed my body, and opened up my mind. Thanks YogaFlex.
