  This is by far the best studio in town!! Hollace, the owner has an incredible wealth of knowledge of the human body and of yoga, combining both to create a powerful practice to bring the student more awareness and stillness of the mind and body. If you truly desire to practice yoga in a way that will change your perception of how you look at yourself and the world Hollace is that teacher. I am forever grateful to have found her to be mine.

  I love their yoga studio in Dilworth. Johnna and Hollace are two of the best known Yoga instructors in the city of Charlotte. They have Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. I've taken both and found both to be outstanding. If you are looking to grow your yoga practice or new to Yoga in Charlotte, I can't say enough about them.
