  Both of our girls have attended yoga monsters for years & Sammi still does. She loves going to so that she can recharge, exercise & decompress from her school day. Yoga monsters has given her greater physical flexibility & great mental tools to help her when she gets stressed. Shannon has been fantastic & always gives us great feedback about what happened during class and asks how each of the kids' week has been.

  I'm so glad I found YM for my 4 year old. He loves it, has so much fun, and really enjoys Miss Shannon and his new friends. They do so many different activities. Extremely satisfied!

  My 4 year old has started going to Yoga Monsters and loves it!
