::I've been taking their classes since they started their yoga studio in Flushing. I had no experience with yoga before their classes, but Nina and Debra taught from the very basics and are both nice and knowledgeable teachers. Highly recommend their restorative classes, very relaxing and healing, helpful to not only relieve my stiff muscle and joints, but also elevate inner peace in the mind. Nice yogis, warm class ambient with soothing music. It's a treat to myself every time I go there.
