::Jaimie's unique expertise and depth of knowledge allow her to offer a multidimensional yoga practice to any student, at any skill level. I've regularly attended her classes for 5 years plus. Life changing. World class.

::I started attending a weekly class through work with Jaimie at Yoga is Therapy over a year ago. Her class is like no other yoga class I've ever attended. She listens to us and draws on a wealth of knowledge and experience to customize each class to our personal requests. She is so personable and makes every class a fun experience. When I first started with Jaimie, I had a lot of pain in my hip. I had to sit to pull on pants. After my first class with Jaimie, I could stand and step into my pants! I now walk and work out regularly with very little hip pain. Thanks, Jaimie!

::Yoga is Therapy is one of the first studios in Tucson I connected with. The community was apparent and welcoming from the moment I took my first class. Jaimie is not only a kind and compassionate person but she (and her studio) is truly an amazing resource for me personally, as a student and teacher of yoga. I have taken Jaimie’s wall classes, which have allowed me to gain more in-depth knowledge of my body’s relationship to certain asanas as well as leave feeling substantially more at ease. I am constantly hungry to know more and Yoga is Therapy is a studio I can count on to have interesting workshops that give emphasis and respect to the human anatomy. To say the least, I am very grateful to have Jaimie here in Tucson.
