::Yoga Heights is a wonderful yoga studio. There is a wide variety of classes and instructors, who all have different styles. The atmosphere is relaxing and allows me to decompress from the busy DC life. I especially hot yoga in the mornings. Sadie Leigh does a wonderful job of catering to both beginners and more advanced yogis, and is always open to suggestions.

::My neighborhood yoga studio! I've been going ever since the studio opened a little over a year ago, and it's been delightful watching it evolve. They offer plenty of different styles of yoga to match everyone's taste: from restorative to powerful to dance-y to basic classes. Also: free tea and (often) free fruit! There isn't anything to not like about this place.
