  This is an amazing yoga studio. The teachers coach you to be the best you can be with the body you have. There is an atmosphere of love at this yoga studio! I feel like being a regular here has enhanced my yoga practice and that has enhanced my whole life.

  I love it. The atmosphere makes you so comfortable. She is able to show new people a pose, and also adapt the pose for experienced people. The price and experience is the best around. I deeply reccomend trying this class.

  Nancy is a very effective and compassionate instructor, her directions are clear and the pacing is excellent. She gives modifications for ALL levels and makes no assumptions -- props are plentiful if/when needed! The studio is calming and inviting -I will return!!

  Since I have been attending yoga in Nancy's studio, I can move, turn, bend down, etc in my daily routine without discomfort. Nancy always has the best interest of her students at all times accepting that each person is at their own level, while encouraging us to try new things because she believes we can do it. Great experience!

  Nancy's teaching method is very well rounded for all levels, offering options and patiently guiding her students towards a more fulfilling overall yoga experience. The kindness mixed with her knowledge makes this studio a comfortable place to learn and continue my practice. I look forward to growing with her guidance. I love the Yoga Haum.
