  The teachers were warm and friendly, the class was accessible and engaging, and really enjoyable. I felt completely out of place for the first few minutes and by the end of the class I felt like a part of the community. Well done!

  I love the philosophy of the studio which is based around a day by day approach. In other words, understanding it's not about doing your best per say, but doing your best in present circumstances which vary from day to day. Also, the teachers are friendly and knowledgeable about the various poses and application of the yoga philosophy to everyday life. I love the warm atmosphere of the studio!
