  Absolutely love this place! The classes leave you feeling calm yet energized, and completely stretched-out and flexible. Great work out for both the body and mind. The teachers are all lovely, and both very helpful with explaining poses to beginners, and giving challenging options to those who are more advanced.

  Love love love the new Hot Hiit Pilates class. I've taken two classes so far and both instructors were excellent. I have been looking for this type of class in Greenwich and the surrounding area for a very long time and I am so happy to have finally found it..I am hooked! This is definitely worth trying out.

  Absolutely amazing. I can not say enough wonderful things about Lauren Berger and Yoga Center. I walk out of every class feeling energized, calm and centered. There is no better way to start your day.

  Lovely instructor, however understand that this is hot yoga and basically like bikram. In my opinion, the website implies that it is hatha yoga.
