::This isn't my first time in this place, but I have to say today I realized that their customer service is pretty horrible actually. Allow me to explain why...I went to eat some breakfast today with my boyfriend, we get there, we order our food, I get the Bistec and a medium latte while my bf gets another breakfast plate and a small coffee...we go take a seat and we wait...20 minutes go by and we don't have our food or drinks...I asked my bf to ask one of the employees about our coffees at least, and she said it was going to be a minute...I witnessed 5 people come in, order drinks, and in a matter of 5 mins they got their drinks...35 mins go by and we finally get our food, but no drinks...after we got our food, we still waited another 15 minutes and once we get our 2 coffees, I immediately noticed that the cashier that rung me up completely ignored the fact that I had ordered a medium hot latte and not a coffee...I was so pissed off...how are you going to make me wait almost 30 mins for my food and almost 45 mins for my drink and it was the wrong order...I am just greatly disappointed with this place's customer service because as a person who also works in customer service, it is very important to cater the right orders out to your customers and not only that but it's also crucial to provide a great experience to customers, shows how much they care about their business...I will not be returning to this place.

::Many years out of Guatemala, had a chance to try Authentic food and it was awesome. Flavors very similar to Guatemalan local flavors. Don't forget the coffee, very good coffee.
