::I would give this business less than a star. All the five stars reviews are the workers or boss sitting behind a computer doing it themselves. Notice how it's either 5 stars or 1.

::Wish that I were able to give this place less than a star. Horrible service and employees come off as extremely rude if you ask for anything or expect your clothing not to be lost. Owner sets up fake accounts to for fake reviews for both Cranford and Westfield locations

::Excellent service! Had a dress for an engagement party that was stained; didn't think I would be able to salvage the dress and Yellowbear took care of everything! The owner is extremely nice and accommodating and even had my dress delivered to my job for my convenience! Love this place!

::I had a very expensive suit along with a few silk ties that needed some routine dry cleaning. Since the last dry cleaner I used did not work out I decided to try a newer one in my home town. Yellow Bear Cleaners is hands down the best in the business. Since I am a bit of a tech head I found their awesome website online and scheduled my pick up. That afternoon one of their large vans with the Yellow Bear Logo was at my door, and their pleasent representative picked up my garments. My clothing came back 2 days later as promised and in ' PERFECT ' condition. My payment was handled all online just the way I prefer. I definitly recommend this growing local business for all your dry cleaning needs. I almost forgot to add they are reasonably priced and eco friendly .

::Sketchy and terrible. They do not do the laundry on site, and takes forever. None of the employees seem to know where it goes, and are annoyed/scandalized when an customer has the gall to ask. Of the many different answers I received, a (possible) manager told me the clothes get sent to a nameless laundry plant in Clifton. I've had to throw out clothing because it comes back itchy, and I'm sure the people at nameless laundry plant don't care at all about my clothes or the environment (They've rebranded as "Next Eco Laundry"). Definitely avoid.
