::My daughter called yellow cab this morning and a cab came driver name was saeid cab number 681 he was rushing her and very rude well cause he rushed her she forgot her wallet she called me to adk if i could pay for it i told her yes but he said if i was not thete he wad not going to ecept the payment and said she needed to give him her phone she is in the middle on almost nothing its bearly being built in the area back of woodlands and she asked a co worker they gave her the money nd he said she's not the first ones he's done this to he had to open ID ( potential identity theft ) he has also to open jewelry and etc. He has been reported so hopefully they will let him go and not even 1 star is worth giving him

::I have had pretty good luck over the years with yellow cab. Uber and Lyft are also good alternatives but yellow cab has been the most consistent. I just wished the kept their Taxis cleaner. I will continue to use them in the future

::I don't like taking yellow cab because the drivers think it's appropriate to keep your change because they dont have it. That's why the competition uber and lyft are taking their services because they offer a better driving service.

::Do NOT use yellow cab services. Had my driver arrive 20 minutes early and leave me a bunch of voicemails because I wasn't ready to be picked up yet. When I got into the cab, he was complaining about how people kept paying with credit, then charged me 25 dollars for a 5 minute trip BEFORE driving and didn't even start the meter! I asked for cash back since he was being a baby about people using credit and said "What you're not going to tip?" I only tip with good service, and this was far from it. I decided to leave a review when I saw others had the same experiences. Their customer service is just as vile. Another Nigerian lady answered and sent me off to voicemail when I asked to speak to a representive. I had to call twice before actually getting someone that isn't a scum human being.
