::Food came pretty fast. Everything tasted good but all the burger toppings were cut very thick. Had giant thick slices of onion that kept falling out the burger and the pickles were also cut a bit too thick for me. Other than that I enjoyed it. Lots of vegan/vegetarian options.

::Dry over priced flavorless burger. Everytime you change and item on a custom burger I was charged. The menu does not say no substitutes but I was charged in addition to the normal cost for this very basic burger. I ended up paying about $15. The cashier never even told me the price was going up with the substitutions mind you it was not extra. It was not impressive. I have no idea what the appeal is for this place. The restaurant decor is kinda hip in a way. But the burgers are just awful.

::There are several problems here. First, the cashier was short and rude with me while ordering. Maybe she was just have a bad day so that's whatever. The food is extremely overpriced for what you get. Two burgers, fries, and drinks for my fiancee and myself was $35. The meat in the burger was completely unseasoned and it was also swimming in sauce that was the only noticable flavor. They are too focused on being "organic" that they forgot to make good food in the process. I would rather go to Wendy's.

::Food taste goods, by it is over priced. Just a burger and shake is over $16. Maybe the burger was fine, but the shake was near $5, but it definitely didn’t taste or look like a $5 shake. I still go back because they have plenty of options (including gluten free and vegan items). Pretty fast service too. Can be hard to get a seat if you come on a weekend during Liu or dinner.

::Was excited to find a burger place with turkey burgers made in-house (trust me, there's a huge difference in quality when it's not made in-house), so I ordered one on a whole wheat bun with white cheddar, tomato and spinach along with stone ground mustard. The place was super busy since it was lunchtime and after about 20 minutes, my food was delivered to me (well worth the wait). Thankfully, counter space opposite the bar was available, so I was able to eat there. The burger was a good size, juicy, with the mustard really bringing out the flavor--but the best part was the crispy edges of the patty! I ordered sweet potato fries for the side (there's a $4.99 add-on lunch special which includes fries and a drink) and though I should've asked they be cooked longer, I was more than happy with the huge serving--so much so that I took the rest home. Oh--one nice thing was the cashier didn't charge me the difference of the sweet potato fries since this was my first visit.
