  We ve been instantly seated to a large comfortable booth with dim light, very nice atmosphere, the music was just at the right volume to be able to have a conversation, eclectic and nothing disagreeable. Our server was a ray of sunshine, she was everything you can expect from a server, joy, knowledge, smile, advise! It was awesome to see that the staff works like a team, I think apart from our dedicated server, when she was busy elsewhere, we probably saw 4 different staff members to bring us our food and drinks, check... We had about an hour before our movie, we didnt say anything and made it in time. Everything was perfectly cook and delicious. We will definitely be back!!

  The bartender was super friendly(had a man bun), and was very good in picking out a dark beer. Surprising I was gone after the first glass. I recommend the lamb burger medium rare by the way, it's ridiculously delicious.

  Great appetizer, three people ordered three apps and it could have fed four. A little bit of a timing issue if you're trying top catch a movie, though. Friendly staff, great beer.

  My review below is still accurate, but I’ve reduced the rating by one star because the management has decided not to run the air conditioning as the warmer weather arrived. We asked to have the temperature reduced and were told that management sets the temp and they believed it was satisfactory - RIGHT! So being regulars, we simply opened the large sliding windows to the patio and let cool air enter until it cooled off sufficiently to enjoy our meal. Yard House in Mission Valley is a great place to hit the pause button during a busy day and relax with friends. The food is consistently excellent and on the rare occasion that something isn’t, they go out of their way to make it right. All the staff are genuinely friendly and professional. Their classic cheeseburger is just that: classic! A friend recently ordered their Poke bowl and raved about it. You can’t go wrong with this Yard House!

  What exceptional service! It was a busy Saturday night, however we didn't have to wait long for a table. The staff was very attentive and aimed to please. My husbands steak was more so on the well side and he wanted medium. The manager offered to bring out a new one and my husband said no thank you. 10 minutes later the manager comes out with a new steak cooked to perfection. The way this staff strives too keep their customers satisfied is not only surprising but truly remarkable. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and didn't tell them because my husband isn't one for big displays. You would think that they knew because of the great service they provided. The food was delicious as well. I can't say enough about how great the staff is at the Mission Valley Yard House .
