I took my pair of Christian Louboutin Iriza heels to Yanza to 1) get the soles protected, 2) replace the heel tips, and 3) clean the shoes. I’ve worked with him before on boots so I trusted him to fix these. 1) The soles (especially near the toe tips) were worn down so he filled in the tips and then replaced (covered) the original sole with a very thin slip resistant rubber sole. He had 3 red rubber sole options in store: the one I chose (in the pics), a thicker version of the one I chose (I didn’t want the soles too bulky), and a thin, not slip resistant, shiny red sole that matched perfectly with the original red of the shoe. I chose the option I did because I wanted better grip when walking. 2) The heel tips of the shoes were worn down pretty badly. I gave Yanza the CL replacement tips that came with the shoes, but he recommended that he use a pair from his shop. He has pretty good experience with these shoes and has noticed that the CL replacement tips don’t last very long. I took his advice, kept the CL replacement tips, and had him put on the rubber tips he recommended. They blend well with the heel stems and seem sturdy. We will see how long they last :) 3) The shoes had been scuffed in the back (behind my heel) and some of the leather tore. Thankfully, Yanza was able to smooth down the leather and lay it back in place. Now the heel of the shoe looks normal again! The shoes were returned to me clean and scuff-less. Yanza did a great job and made sure to get the work done on time. I will definitely do business with him again!

Ripoff! They talked me into expensive soles on shoes that were a bit worn out. I told them I didn't think they would last too much longer and I wanted to go with a less costly option. They assured me they could recondition the leather. They couldn't and the leather was cracked when I picked them up. Don't get ripped off by dishonest merchants.
