  Scheduled an appointment for today, 11am to noon. Got a call the day before saying they would be there from 11am to noon. Today comes and noon passes. I call the exterminator at 12:12, and he says he'll be there by 1. I called him at 1:17, and he said they'll be there in 15 minutes. The manager told me "these things take time" and "traffic" happens. I told him it's common sense and common courtesy to let the customer know they will be late ASAP and rather than MAKE THEM WAIT AND WASTE THEIR TIME. His response was "whatever you say" and "is there a third option?", which was totally unprofessional. The exterminator got here at 1:45. He had a pleasant demeanor and did his job quickly. I would hate to be my landlord who is paying for a service that cannot schedule appointments on time or inform their customers of delays in a timely manner. Have a little more responsibility and professionalism next time so people don't feel compelled to give poor reviews.
