  I had a session with Yanira a few weeks ago and left feeling so empowered and encouraged and refreshed! Her heart, voice and desire to help others become the best version of themselves is truly a gift. Her practice helped me re ground myself in my energy and goals and to see my true strengths. Her practice is gentle and encouraging. Through the session with her, I was reminded of how capable I am. She helped me change my way of thinking so that I could forgive past hurts and address fear when it showed up instead of letting it take control. Other than being a magnificent kind human being and beautiful person, Yanira is a wonderful holistic practitioner that I would recommend for anyone who feels stuck, ungrounded or unbalanced.

  What she is doing is amazing! Had serious issues and she was able to be pinpoint the reason. She shined the light on me to see exactly what was happening. She was able to look into past lives to see the karmic debt I now able to confront and change things in the presence. I now feel relieved and more at peace with my life. Griselda

  Last year, introduced me to divorce. A cold and painful experience that would change my life forever. An abrupt and inexplicable separation from all that I knew, all that I was, all that I loved. I reached out for therapy and counseling, but I knew I needed to dig deeper. I met Yanira Crespo. And in the midst of this life changing event, I experienced my spiritual awakening as well. The mindset shift that followed, the massive and immediate healing that followed … I cant explain it in a post. Those that have been around, that know me truly and personally … they experienced me. Yanira took charge of a wounded and broken soul, and made everything right again. But for what I am eternally indebted to her, is her ability to take me from one “life level” to another. Something that can only be described by watching the movie, The Matrix. It was surreal to say the least. Who I am today, and what I have access to today, I could have never planned for. I know this, because I tried. Over and over again. Without her, I would have never reached this far out or wide. Thank you Yanira Crespo. For changing me. And my life. You’ve done a great service to me, but also to my children. And the many people I will encounter on the remainder of this journey in my life. Those I will love again, or those that will love me once again. And the many people I will serve through entrepreneurship. I feel more than fortunate. I feel lucky. I caught lightning in the bottle.   The Yanira Method is a extraordinary approach to healing. Yanira, the founder and creator has done miracles for my place of business from employees to members. She has healed emotional, mental, physical challenges in a profound way. After meeting healers from all over the world, I feel she is one of the greatest healers of our time.
