  The room had windows so you didn't have much privacy from passers-by by in the hall (some creepy man was staring at us for a bit). I wouldn't have minded if the servers used the view inside to avoid interrupting songs when they came in to drop off food and drink, but they didn't. All in all we had a nice time, but we had the room until 8:20, and the staff barged in at 8:15 to push us out. It was very rude and spoiled the last song were all singing together. I think I prefer Pandora karaoke over this place.

  Rented a karaoke room for friends birthday. Fit around a dozen people in one room. iPads kind of slow, decent song selection. Mics okay, could hear yourself better than at other karaoke places. Lot of food selection from upstairs.

  Great karaoke rooms, various sizes. Really good food. Open late. Good prices. Very nice staff. Beer, wine, sake only. Great place!!

  Of all the private karaoke places I’ve been to in SF, I feel they were the most upfront about their pricing and from what I remember they had happy hour specials to book a room where it was fairly cheap for a place in the city. The karaoke rooms were clean and had pretty good song selections. I would love to come back for another drunken karaoke session and also try their food in the restaurant.

  Karaoke bar meets sushi lounge. YamaSho had ample karaoke rooms available last minute on a busy Saturday night. They also offer to serve food and beverages to your karaoke room. There is also a huge song list to choose from that has everything from current pop favorites to all of your eighties and nineties jams. A win-win for a weekend night out with all of your closest friends! My new go to karaoke spot!
