  Excellent studio for those who want to shake things up and aren’t attached to traditional styles like Hatha or Iyengar. I took a class while visiting most of the students seem to be regulars which was somewhat intimidating, but clearly lets you know they’ve got something special going. I enjoyed that it is very dark for a change to help with lingering self-consciousness. You will get sweat and you will enjoy it.

  Great flow, tainted by a revolting lyrics in the playlist - would’ve loved it had I spoken another language and been oblivious.

  I sporadically signed up for a class online while on vacation. The payment and sign up process was a little misleading. Be sure if you pay a single drop in for a specific class then sign in to sign up with that class. Paying for the class doesn't automatically register you for that class you chose - odd I know. I showed up for class to find I was actually not registered for a spot in the class but just paid for it instead. She quickly put me on the waitlist. Other than the odd redundant pay then sign up process, the class was good. Different format than I was used to but it was good. The instructor walked us through the series then gave us a period of time to do it on your own. Good music. It was a candle lit class.

  Accommodating. I didn't bring any yoga stuff on my weekend getaway to NYC but signing up online was easy and the studio had everything I needed to stretch my back and sweat out all the coffee and pastries I've been eating.

  One of the better yoga studios out there, in my opinion. Nice and clean space with challenging classes that use fun hip-hop soundtracks as the instructor leads you through the flow.
