  The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. They took me in as in emergency, same day appointment, and I was on my way out in 1.5 hour. My appointment went very smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Lili Xu staff/office.

  Dr. Lili Xu and staff took the extra time and care for my mother’s first ever implant. They put my mom’s fear of pain at ease with a great deal of patience and kindness. Dr. Xu also spent some time explaining the different options and procedures so we were able to make informed decisions. So far the professional service my mom received has been top-notch. Extra kudos to the front desk staff - Judy!

  Always 5 stars plus , I have been going to Dr Xu’s offices in Oakland and Castro valley for almost 20 years, and have always had excellent service, this Saturday Dr.Tang did my wife’s Alfreda’s teeth cleaning and exam she is always very pleasant , and she is very careful since she has to do her cleanings by hand (her teeth are sooo sensitive )that it’s always so nice when she comes out all smiles no cavities -no pain, thank you to all the wonderful people that work, always top notch ….

  One of my teeth had broken root which caused me to suffer days before I went to her office. After the X-ray, she identified the problem and deal with it promptly and professionally. By the way, the appointment making was good too, easy and quick. Good job!
