  I started working with Christina about 1yr and a half ago, and I have never felt better I weigh less than I did in High school!!! I am so thankful that I found her, when I started I was at 168 lbs. When I went in for my consultation, I told her my goals and I was really discouraged at the time because nothing that I was doing was working! Needless to say Christina really encouraged me and pushed me from the beginning to now and I am now weighing a light 124lbs. I love her! Shes super motivating and positive but not the typical crazy trainer type like I've had in the past. She really cares about her clients... I have learned a lot from her about food exercise and my body. Don't let her fool you though, she will definitely give you a butt-kicking workout. I am so thankful I was recommended to her she has changed my life!
