::I would have given a 5 star review because I absolutely loved my room. It was clean, beautiful decor, and check in staff were friendly. Plus it is a great place to hold meetings in the lobby. But... the manager that showed me the ballroom was absolutely horrendous to me. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and could not answer the questions about the space. She had a horrible attitude which is such a shame because I loved the actual rooms there and would have sold out their hotel had I booked my event in their ballroom. Downside to ballroom space is the ceilings are very low. Also they are charging an extremely high rate for their one conference room down the hall.

::I work nearby and decided to take advantage of the restaurant. I walked over instead of driving as it was a nice evening and was approached by a “security guard” as I was nearing the main entrance. He demanded to know if I was a guest. I chose to ignore him for the simple fact that it was none of his business. I proceeded to the front desk and asked the clerk about the restaurant when a second “security guard” interrupted my conversation with the clerk and again made demands that were none of his business. I asked him why he was even talking to me and his response was not worth repeating. I’m absolutely shocked that a Wyndham property would treat a potential guest with such rudeness. While I am a Wyndham Rewards member this incident will not preclude me from other properties but this one has absolutely lost any possible business from me, my family, or any of the 5400 employees of my corporation. (At least as far as corporate stays go). Shame on you Bre Delucenay for allowing this behavior to go on on your property.

::I've been a guest for 10 days already and they have yet to change my bed sheets... I've asked daily about getting new sheets and they haven't done it yet.... housekeeping is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced! I'm glad my job is paying for this trip..... I wouldn't spend the money to stay here!

::I thought this was supposed to be a nice hotel... What hotel doesn’t have a mini- fridge in the room!?? This one. Rooms are very dated and the mattress feels like it’s 30 years old. Sat down on the bed and almost sank in. Not worth the price! Stayed at the Hyatt Place nearby last year and wish we had stayed there again! :(

::I checked into this hotel around 8 pm. The room was boiling, and I asked the front desk “if I can change my room” they replied, “sorry sir the hotel is fully booked.” I said “fine.” The hotel staff brought me a fan to help me cool down; I turned the lights off. That’s when I felt some bugs crawling on my legs and the wall. I call down to the front desk again, and somehow they had a room available. For anyone else who wants to stay at this hotel, I hope you bring your bug spray.
