  Piss Poor Service/ Horrible Stay After being on the road for about 530 miles I had decided to stop for the night. The Standard rooms where old and outdated. They where clean, but felt dirty and rundown. The bed was hard as a rock compared to the super 8 I stayed in the night prior. Bathrooms felt small and outdated as well. After leaving the room in the morning I was approached by someone I presume was not a guest because he had rudely asked "hey man can you give me five dollas"? When contacting the management and customer care about the situation they had denied it and offered little support. Upon checking out I had requested a cup of coffee for the road and the lady at the counter become snippy and said the kitchen was closed. I would steer clear from this hotel and this area of town if you are driving through the area.....find a different place to stay for your sanity! DO NOT STAY HERE!

  I stayed here for a few days for work. The rooms are quite dark and not much natural light gets in the room. One major issue I noticed was that when I came back to the room after being out the whole day, my toiletries were missing. Therefore the cleaning staff either took it with them or threw it away. I found this to be horrible since they were my own objects. In addition, when I tried to use the gym, half the machines were broken and not usable. The free weights only go up to 15lbs and they are hopelessly outdated and in horrendous condition. Hopefully they update their facility and make sure that the cleaning staff does not alter guest's personal property.

  Poor security on the premises and rude treatment of guests. I will not go back to this property as panhandles frequent the breakfast area to try to get free meals. Hotel refuses to accept responsibility this by putting systems in place to prevent it.

  Very nice Hotel. Beds were comfy, our room was spacious we were in the family suite with 2 queens and a king. Breakfast was very good I liked the fresh fruit. The only thing I didn't like is the neighborhood is not the greatest. But our car wasn't broken into so would I stay here again yes.

  Driving from Ohio to Colorado, my family and I decided this would be our overnight half-way point and we definitely picked the right place. The price was reasonable and the suit we reserved was fantastic. The whole hotel was clean and well-maintained. Staff was extremely friendly despite our late check-in, and the complementary breakfast the next morning was hot and delicious with a pretty wide variety to choose from. I couldn't give it quite five stars because few small things. There were some shady characters hanging out in the parking lot, the elevators seemed a bit worn out, and the suit bedroom television turned on three times in the middle of the night all by itself (a bit creepy). All in all, I would stay here again.
