::Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff! Stayed for a weekend and was able to walk to everywhere we needed to go. The room was very clean and we got upgraded free of charge. We dealt with Keona and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. She helped me on the phone and was there at check in as well as check out. I would go back and reccomend for anyone booking a leisure trip to Boston.

::Clean room comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Strong WiFi. Good downtown location with many good places to eat nearby. No fridge, no microwave. No free parking or discounted parking. $48 overnight self parking and $51.00 Valet parking.

::Good location. Stayed here because it was less than a 5 min walk to Mass General hospital. Good for a short stay (1-3 days). Rooms didn't have microwave or fridge. I deducted another star because after booking the hotel, I wanted the $50 rebate and got routed to a third party. Didn't realize until the end that I was signed up for something that sounded like a scam. Be cautious of offered rebates or deals.

::Convenient location. $53 to park vehicle! Within walking distance of TD Garden and parks around Beacon Hill. No breakfast, but many local coffee shops. Whole foods close by. The room was clean, nothing special really. No fridge. View from our window was fair on the 10th floor. Staff was just average.

::Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill checks all the boxes that a hotel should. The rooms are clean, the bathroom has clean, running water, the air conditioning and heating unit work very well, and the service staff are friendly. As an added perk, there is a whole foods easily within walking distance of the hotel, as well as a liquor store if that is more you're thing. The reason this complex does not get 5 stars comes down to its price. I realize I may be a bit bias in this regard, but if I am paying $500+/night for a hotel room, I expect a certain level of quality that Beacon Hill just does not provide. The bathrooms have this tile that looks like someone has been smoking in it for years. There is also no separation between the shower and bathroom floor other than a shower curtain that is too short. The result is a bathroom floor that gets soaked as you shower. It's in Beacon Hill, which tends to be a very expensive part of Boston, so take this review with a grain of salt, but if I'm going to stay in a hotel this pricey I'll take a look somewhere else that has nicer rooms and ammenities.
