  Absolutely love the Doctors! Hate the rest of the staff, the receptionists are rude and very unprofessional. Every single time I go I wait 2 hours to see the doctor, if my daughter needs shots another hour wait for one of the phlebotomist to finally just acknowledge me. Today my daughter needed blood drawn and the lady was just ridiculous there was blood coming out of the sides of the needle she looked as if she had no idea what she was doing. My daughter was screaming a scream I've never heard before.

  The wait time here is so long. Don’t ever come here in the mornings. It’s best to come after like 2 or 3 when it calms down a bit. The front desk staff are nice sometimes but there is one in particular that isn’t friendly at all. She doesn’t even smile or say hell or your welcome. So rude. I’m definitely bringing my kids back to their old doctor which is like 30 mins from my apartment. It’s way better then coming here. The doctors rush you in and out and the nurse always looks lost Or confused. They are not organized here. And on the weekends is the best to come here. Only the weekends but come really early. The doctors here are not bad but like I said before there is so much children waiting to be seen in the waiting area they rush you out.

  They need to do something about the front desk. The doctors and nurses are awesome and I feel so sad that I had to change my kids doctor because I really really liked their doctor but I COULD NOT deal with the front desk anymore. They used to pick up the phone and put you on hold for like 20 mins but than they just stopped picking up the phones up all together. They are very slow and not very nice. Once a lady was literally having a private phone call right in front of me for like 5-10 mins while I waited to be registered. The wait time isn’t great either but I could deal with that. If they ever changed their front staff I’d definitely go back there because I miss the nice doctors and nurses.

  It's sad how this place have wonderful doctors but it's the lady at the front desk who made me change my childs doctor. The Hispanic lady was extremely nasty. I asked one simple question and she cut me off without letting me finish and raised her voice for the whole waiting room to hear. I asked very nicely and in a human tone just like everyone else. You're there to do a job. You're the face of the office. When someone goes in, they immediately have to go to you for service and you decide to be nasty with people? I just don't get it! Get it together. If you're so miserable with your position maybe you should find somewhere else to work because clearly, helping people and dealing with others isn't the job for you. In other words I would recommend for you guys as readers to seek another office with a more professional staff. Never again will I step foot in this office. I can honestly agree with the rest of the reviews about this lady.

  The woman in the front is always rude to me every single time. No matter how nice i am. My son is 18 months now and Ive been coming here since he was born. I will now be finding somewhere else to take him. Although i love the doctors here. There has been more than 1 occasion i have requested an appointment with his doctor and was told she was out for the week to come in and see she was here and feel guilty when she says she hsnt seen us in a while and i have an appointment with a different doctor. I never wait less than at least an hour and a half to just go get his weight and height checked. And i have to plan to be there for at least 2 to 3 hours after his appointment because of how long i have to wait. I highly suggest going somewhere else. Which is a real shame because the doctors are great.
