  Let's see how encounter #2 goes...because whomever answers the phone there: 100% rude! I'm sure his mother would pass out if she heard , not just his rude tone, but his inability to communicate at all! Terrible!

  This county jail is b.s. I was beat, and another time I told them for hours I was on my monthly, I ruined a dress and more so Wyandotte county jail watch them!!!!!

  Wyandotte County Sheriff's Department " you need to check (YOUR Bookings and Release report ")( BEFORE YOU DISPATCH) a Deputy to serve a WARRENT OR ANY PAPERWORK ECT.... I don't know if you can check other counties in the metro but that is not a bad idea . This is the 3ed time a sheriff had come to my door looking for one of my adult children.... Who haven't lived at my address for 10-15 years. When THEY ARE IN CUSTODY IN YOUR JAIL UPSTAIRS AND HAVE BEEN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. The deputy I talked with tonight was very nice, but was speechless when he discovered my adult child has been in your custody for 3 weeks. As, I type this , I wonder "how much money has been wasted looking for someone you have had in custody for 3 weeks? In one case," I was threatened with arrest & charges," because, the 2 officers didn't believe me, So "I raised both wrist," and said, "arrest me lets go," they eventually decided NOT too arrest or issue charges. So , The 2 WYCO officers saved Kansas City, Kansas form , "one more news headline". This is a waist of taxpayer money, time, gas, hourly pay, and puts law enforcement in unnecessary danger when a single officer knocks on the wrong door in the dark of night. ( You could use the money saved to hire more officers , improving technology So, you can find the people you already have. Better yet give a bonus to every officer each time you send on a wild goose chase.) Even though, the incompetence started at the beginning of the paper trail in your department and NOT with the deputy at my door. Yet some people within WYCOPD& WYCO SHERIFF wonder why some citizen have little confidence in KCKSPD & WYCO SHERIFF.
