  A negative 👎🏽 star would be more like it. Corporate needs to do a better job hiring qualified candidates that English is there first language not second for starters. Incompetent service workers that represent your company will have you losing customers. I will not return nor recommend a soul to buy from this trash establishment. I’ve seen better inventory at Payless and I’m convinced that they’re selling knock offs as originals. Go to Footlocker period!

  I purchased new shoes fairly confident that they were actually new. I didn't open the box until I used them and that's when I saw creases that they had been previously used. I didn't used new shoes. They took them back begrudgingly after questions.

  Great service! Awesome customer service, best WSS store in Long Beach that's probably why most people shop there. They also have better selections and every employee there is always willing to help and go out of their way unlike the Anaheim and molino location.
