  I’ve been banking at this branch for over 3 years. The reps I’ve worked with are friendly and helpful. There is a grouch or two, but it’s easy enough to let a few other customers in front of me so I can get the friendlier ones. Parking is hard to find, but there are gas stations close enough to make it work for quick ins-and-outs. I wish WSECU had a downtown or South Seattle/Renton area location.

  Their staff was very difficult to deal with. They had communication issues that resulted In me closing my account with them. Their ability to hear out concerns and value their members is laughable. I wish them well in understanding the true meaning of customer service. Maybe upper management can spare some funds to have them taught how to effectively solve matters rather that create more. Please spare yourself the time by commenting your generic response to this. I will not be reading it. You've wasted enough of my time.

  This bank is a joke. Their staff, their customer service reps. I closed my account the next day because how Lacking their customer service is. I would give a zero star for how much time they wasted me.

  I love WSECU, but this location doesn't seem to have anywhere to park. I spent 15 min driving around the block, and the area trying to find a place until I gave up. Wish there were more locations.

  Great service. Good for students and everyone else. Rates on CDs are good and they are always smiling 😄
